• Drafted by Colorado Rockies in the 2000 draft

• First UofL cardinal pitcher to throw a pitch at the MLB level 

• 13 years in professional baseball

• 6 years at major league level split between Seattle Mariners, NY Mets, Milwaukee Brewers,

• 269 innings pitched at the major league level 

• Major league debut was May 2nd, 2006 with the Seattle Mariners

• 2007 received Seattle Mariner Unsung Hero Award by Sports Writer’s Association

• 2009 ranked 4th in national league in game appearances with 79 appearances in NL
