• The Atlantic League gave me the opportunity to play with and against several former Big Leaguers. Some include Khris Davis (2018 MLB HR Champion), Brandon Phillips, Jimmy Parades, Moises Sierra, Robbie Ross Jr., Logan Morrison, Alejandro De Aza, Felix Pie, Chris Shaw, and more.

I started taking lessons with Lou as a super skinny and small kid in middle school and continued all the way through high school. With hard work at Lou’s and in the weight room I ended up playing SS at the Division 1 level. I am super excited to start teaching players of all ages and levels the things I have learned over my career. I want to help players develop the way that I did, and I would love to share insight on my path from the struggles I had with confidence to the triumphs of success.
